Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

A return or exchange request will be accepted under the following conditions:

Quality Issues:

If the biodegradable plastic bags are found to be defective (e.g., material not as specified, bags are damaged, leaking, or do not meet functional requirements), the customers may request a return or exchange. Shipping Errors: If the products received do not match the order (e.g., wrong size, specifications, quantity, or model), the customer is entitled to request a return or exchange. Damaged in Transit: If the products are severely damaged during shipping, the customers must inspect the goods upon receipt and report the damage within 24 hours to the manufacturer, providing evidence (e.g., photos, tracking number, etc.). Late Delivery: If the manufacturer fails to deliver the products on time as agreed in the contract, customers may request a refund or exchange. Noted: Customized Products: If biodegradable products are produced according to specific customer requirements (such as shopping bags with special patterns), they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product itself is defective.

2. Return and Exchange Process

Submitting a Request

Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 5 days from the receipt of goods. The request should include supporting evidence (e.g., order number, product photos, description of the issue, etc.). A Return and Exchange Request Form must be completed with details of the order and the reason for return/exchange. Confirmation and Review Upon receipt of the return/exchange request, the manufacturer will review the application within 7 working days. If the request is valid, the manufacturer will confirm the return/exchange and notify the customers. Return or Exchange Processing If the request is approved, the manufacturer will process the return or exchange within 7 working days. The customers will be informed of the next steps (e.g., shipping instructions, replacement products, etc.).

3. Return and Exchange Responsibilities and Costs

Quality Issues or Manufacturer’s Error

If the return or exchange is due to quality issues or an error by the manufacturer (e.g., wrong product shipped), the manufacturer will cover all return and shipping costs, and a full refund or replacement will be issued. Non-Quality Issues or Distributor’s Error If the return or exchange is due to reasons not related to product quality or a mistake by the manufacturer (e.g., the distributor ordered the wrong product), the customers will bear the return shipping cost and any additional expenses incurred for the exchange. Restocking Fees A restocking fee may be charged in cases where the customers requests an exchange or return for non-quality related reasons. This will be discussed and agreed upon before processing.

4. Product Conditions for Return or Exchange

Condition of Returned Products

The products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. If the products have been used, damaged, or are missing parts, the return or exchange may not be accepted. Inspection by Manufacturer The manufacturer has the right to inspect the returned products upon receipt. If the products show signs of usage or damage, the manufacturer reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

5. Refund Process

Refund Amount

1.If the return or exchange is due to quality issues or a manufacturer’s error, the customers will receive a full refund.

2.If the return or exchange is due to other reasons (e.g., customer’s error), the refund will be processed after deducting relevant shipping fees and handling costs.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customers (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refund Processing Time After the return request is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Special Conditions

Force Manure

In cases of force manure (e.g., natural disasters, government policies, transportation disruptions, etc.), the manufacturer will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery, product issues, or returns/exchanges caused by these circumstances. Product Changes Due to Regulatory Adjustments If the products cannot be supplied or need to be modified due to changes in environmental or regulatory requirements, the manufacturer may notify the customers in advance and discuss appropriate solutions.

7. Exemption Clause

Force Manure:

The manufacturer is not liable for any damages or delays arising from force manure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, or transportation issues. Incorrect Use or Handling: The manufacturer will not be responsible for product returns or exchanges if the customer mishandles, misuses, or improperly stores the product.

8. Final Provisions

The customers agrees to read and accept the terms outlined in this Return and Exchange Policy when placing an order or signing a contract with the manufacturer. These terms may be subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to customer in advance, and the customer’s consent will be sought before proceeding with any transaction.
